Pricing Policy

This Pricing Policy explains how EazyCRM (“Provider,” “we,” “our,” “us”) handles billing, payments, and subscriptions for the EazyCRM platform (“Service”). We are committed to transparency and providing clear information about our pricing and payment processes.

1. Secure Payment Processing with Stripe

We use Stripe, a trusted and secure third-party payment processor, to handle all subscription payments. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider, which is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. This means that your payment information is handled with the highest level of security.

When you subscribe to our Service, you will be redirected to Stripe’s secure payment page to enter your payment details. We do not collect or store your full credit card number or other sensitive financial data on our servers. Stripe provides us with a secure token that represents your payment method, which we use to manage your subscription.

2. How We Handle Your Information

When you subscribe, we collect the following information:

  • Contact Information: Your name, email address, and billing address are collected to create and manage your account, send invoices, and communicate with you about your subscription.
  • Billing Information: While we do not store your full credit card details, we do store the last four digits of your card, the card type (e.g., Visa, Mastercard), and the expiration date for verification and display purposes within your account. This information is securely stored and encrypted.

3. The Subscription and Payment Process

Here’s what happens when you subscribe to EazyCRM:

  1. Choose a Plan: You select the subscription plan that best fits your needs from our pricing page.
  2. Enter Payment Details: You are redirected to Stripe’s secure checkout page to enter your payment information.
  3. Payment Authorization: Stripe securely processes your payment and sends us a confirmation of the successful transaction.
  4. Subscription Activation: Once the payment is confirmed, your EazyCRM account is activated, and you can start using the Service immediately.
  5. Recurring Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually). Stripe will automatically charge the payment method on file. You will receive a notification before each renewal.

4. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription, including upgrading or downgrading your plan, and updating your payment information, from your account settings. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

5. License Attribution and Seat Management

Our licensing model is designed to be flexible and scalable, allowing you to manage user access within your organization effectively.

a) Organization-Based Licensing

Licenses for EazyCRM are attributed at the organization level. When an organization subscribes to a plan, it acquires a certain number of "seats," each corresponding to a user license.

b) Adding and Assigning Seats

Administrators of the organization's account can add or remove seats as needed through the account settings. Each seat can be assigned to a specific user within the organization, granting them access to the features included in the subscription plan.

c) License Portability

A user's license is tied to the organization that purchased the seat. The license is only active and valid as long as the user is part of that specific paying organization. If a user leaves the organization or is removed from the account, their access rights and license are revoked.

If the same user joins a different organization that also uses EazyCRM, they will need to be assigned a new seat from the new organization's subscription to regain access. Licenses are not transferable between organizations.
