These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EazyCRM platform (“Service”), hereinafter referred to as “Provider.”
By creating an account and/or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
"User" – any individual or legal entity that creates an account on the platform.
"Customer" – any User with an active subscription.
"Data" – any information entered into the CRM by the User, including but not limited to: emails, contact details, leads, custom fields, product information, and email templates.
"Trial Period" – a 14-day period during which the User may test the Service free of charge.
"Beta Plan" – an experimental version of the Service with features under development.
The Service is available to:
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
Sharing accounts without the Provider’s consent is prohibited.
Any activity carried out under the User’s account is considered to have been performed by that User.
The platform includes, but is not limited to:
Note: The platform does not collect or process sensitive financial data from end customers.
The Trial Period lasts for 14 days, free of charge, with full access to features.
The Beta Plan may include experimental features that can be changed, limited, or removed without prior notice.
During Beta, errors may occur, and the Provider does not guarantee full stability or compatibility.
The Service is available on monthly and annual subscription plans.
Payments are processed via Stripe, using any method Stripe supports (credit/debit card, etc.).
All prices shown include or exclude VAT according to applicable laws.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless the User disables this option before the renewal date.
Refunds are available within 7 days of payment, only if the User has not used the Service at all.
If any activity is detected in the account, the right to a refund is forfeited.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method originally used.
It is strictly prohibited to use the Service for:
All rights to the platform, source code, interface, and design belong to the Provider.
The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
The Provider acts as a Data Processor for data entered by the User.
The User acts as the Data Controller and is legally responsible for GDPR compliance towards their own customers’ data.
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.
Data is stored in secure data centers in compliance with EU standards.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
The Provider does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the past 12 months.
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Users may request account deletion at any time.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law.
Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Romania.
The Provider may update these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified before changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
