2. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds in specific cases where:
- The product/service did not function as advertised and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- You cancel your subscription within the applicable refund period, as outlined in Section 3.
- You were charged in error or for services you did not authorize.
Note: Refunds are not available for:
- Services already consumed in full.
- Setup fees, onboarding fees, or customization work.
- Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf.
3. Refund Periods
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase or renewal date.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal date.
- One-Time Purchases: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds will not be granted after these periods unless required by applicable law.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and account email address.
- The purchase date and transaction ID.
- A clear description of the reason for your request.
We may require proof of the issue, such as screenshots or error logs.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Refund amounts will be calculated in the original currency of purchase.
- Any applicable processing fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from the refund.
6. Service Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a subscription period.
